You will need to upload any government issued identification showing you are 21 years or older in order to complete your transaction on Edibles.com. We will not fulfill your order without approval from the third party verification company at the point of purchase. 

By making a purchase at the Website or submitting a form to us, you understand that you must be age verified.  If you are denied, or choose to not being age verified, we will not allow you to purchase from Edibles. We will only refund money if you have an issue with our products. Please see our Refund Policy for more information. We will only ask for age verification at the point of purchase and at the point of delivery. At the point of delivery, Edibles will require verification of 21+ age via government issued identification from the recipient that will be scanned into delivery driver’s application powered by Edibles affiliate, Netsolace, LLC.   We will only hold Personal Information provided to us to comply with our legal obligations; resolve disputes; enforce our agreements; protect against fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity; or for another one of our business purposes. We dispose of the information we collect in accordance with our retention policies and procedures.

THE LIMITATIONS ON DIRECT AND INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARE INDEPENDENT OF ONE ANOTHER AND ANY OTHER LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS AGREEMENT.
