Refund & Return Policy 

At Edibles.com, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, we are committed to making things right. 

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of delivered items. However, refund requests will be considered under the following circumstances: 

  • Damaged Products – If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and your order number. 

  • Missing or Incorrect Items – If part of your order is missing, or if you receive the wrong product, let us know and we’ll work to resolve it quickly. 

  • Lost Deliveries – If your package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you in getting a replacement or refund. 

Please note: Due to the subjective nature of hemp-derived THC products, we cannot offer refunds or replacements based on individual preferences, taste, or perceived effects.
